10:00-10.30 Morning coffee + leave luggage in luggage room

Pick up your merch and mark your bag with your bus number
10.30-12.00 Conference in Bergmästaren
12.00-13.00 Lunch in the restaurant
13.00-13.30 Time to get ready for activities
13.30-15.30 Activity of your choice part 1, see which activity you selected here

15.30-16.30 Check-in + fika by the reception

16.30-18.00 Activity of your choice part 2, see which activity you selected here
18.00-19.00 Get ready for dinner

19.00 Pre-drink outside Växthuset - Dresscode: Festive clothes

19.30 Dinner at Växthuset

TUESDAY 3/9
7.00-10.00 Optional breakfast

<10.00 Check-out and leave luggage in the bus - Bring a smaller bag with a jacket and swimwear to use at Camp Ålhus in the afternoon.
10.30-12.00 Picnic brunch outside on Dansbanan (If the weather is ok)
12.00-13.30 Walk and talk
13.30-14.30 Transport to Camp Ålhus: Canoe or walk - In the camp we do we have access to saunas, hot tubs and swimming in the lake.
14.30-17.30 Camp Ålhus - Early dinner and alcoholfree drinks will be served

17.30 Bus transport to Stockholm

20.00 Back in Stockholm
